Sandhar Technologies Barcelona, SL
In Financial Year 2008, Sandhar Technologies Limited acquired the business of TECFISA, Spain. This acquisition led to the establishment of Sandhar Technologies Barcelona SL, as a subsidiary company, which specializes in aluminum die casting of small parts and mould design. It has three wholly-owned subsidiaries namely Sandhar Technologies de Mexico S. de RL de CV (Mexico), Sandhar Technologies Poland Sp. ZOO (Poland) and Sandhar Technologies Ro SRL (Romania). These Companies are primarily engaged in the business of manufacturing of Aluminium Spools and Spindles serving global auto component manufacturers such as Bosch, Autoliv, ZF Automotive, Joyson Systems, and others.
Sandhar Ascast Private Limited (Formerly known as Sandhar Tooling Private Limited)
Sandhar Ascast Private Limited was incorporated in the year 2002 and became a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Sandhar Technologies Limited in 2024. Further, the Company has recently changed its name to Sandhar Ascast Private Limited focusing primarily on die-casting and tooling operations, while serving some of the leading OEMs in the country.
Sandhar Engineering Private Limited
Sandhar Engineering Private Limited was incorporated in October 2021 as a Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company for carrying out the business of manufacturing and assembling of Sheet Metal, Auto parts and other fabricated parts. It has established various manufacturing units mainly in the state of Gujarat and Karnataka.
Sandhar Automotive Systems Private Limited
Sandhar Automotive Systems Private Limited was incorporated in June 2017 as a Joint Venture between Sandhar Technologies Limited and Daewha Fuel Pump Ind., Limited. Further, Sandhar Technologies Limited acquired the JV Partner’s entire shareholding in 28th December, 2021 and Company became the Wholly Owned Subsidiary. It is primarily involved in the business of manufacture, service, import, export, sale, trade in all kinds of automotive Fuel Pumps, Filters, Starter Motors, Wiper Blades, accessories, Emission Controlling, Engine Combustion and Calibration units, components/ parts and other ancillary automotive modules to vehicle manufacturers, distributors and dealers in India and abroad.
Sandhar Auto Electric Solutions Private Limited
Sandhar Auto Electric Solutions Private Limited was incorporated in January 2022 as a Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company. It focuses on the manufacturing of parts/components of Battery Electric Vehicles, Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicles, Bio Fuel based technology Vehicle, All Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) and any other Advanced Automotive Technology Vehicles.
Sandhar Auto Castings Private Limited
Sandhar Auto Castings Private Limited was incorporated in July, 2020 as a Wholly owned Subsidiary of Sandhar Technologies Limited, mainly involved in the business of manufacturing of auto parts and Job work. It has established its two manufacturing units in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. The major clientele of the Company is TVS and other leading automotive companies.

Sandhar Han Sung Technologies Private Limited is a Joint Venture between Sandhar Technologies Limited and Han Sung Imp Co. Limited with the Equity sharing ratio of 50-50% both. Sandhar Han Sung Technologies Private Limited primarily undertakes the manufacturing of high precision sheet metal parts, press parts, insert moulded Parts (Horizontals & Vertical insert moulding).
Jinyoung Sandhar Mechatronics Private Limited
Jinyoung Sandhar Mechatronics Private Limited is a Joint Venture between Sandhar Technologies Limited and Jinyoung Electro-Mechanics Co. Ltd. with the Equity sharing ratio of 50-50% both. It focuses on assembly of AVN panels and switches related to AVN panels.
Sandhar Amkin Industries Private Limited
Sandhar Amkin Industries Private Limited is a Joint Venture between Sandhar Technologies Limited and Amkin Group Private Limited. It has been set up to undertake the manufacturing of all types of Helmets and other Headgears, Hand protection gears, Foot protection gears, wears and guards, body protection gears, and other accessories. While Sandhar Technologies Limited holds 69.12% stake of Sandhar Amkin Industries Private Limited and the remaining stake of 30.88% is held by Amkin Group Private Limited.
Sandhar Whetron Electronics Private Limited
Sandhar Whetron Electronics Private Limited is a Joint Venture between Sandhar Technologies Limited and Whetron Electronics Co., Ltd., Taiwan with the Equity sharing ratio of 50-50% both. This JV manufactures and sells products like Parking Sensors, Cameras, AVM, BSD, Traffic Alerts and DVR.
Kwangsung Sandhar Technologies Private Limited
Kwangsung Sandhar Technologies Private Limited is a Joint Venture Company between Sandhar Technologies Limited and Kwangsung Corporation Limited with the Equity sharing ratio of 50-50% both. It is involved in the manufacturing, designing, supplying, modifying of all kinds of accessories for automobile segment including Sun visors, and Black out tapes for sale to vehicle manufacturers including electronic vehicles and autonomous driving vehicles, distributors and dealers in India and abroad.
Winnercom Sandhar Technologies Private Limited
Winnercom Sandhar Technologies Private Limited is a Joint Venture Company between Winnercom Corporation Limited and Sandhar Technologies Limited with the Equity sharing ratio of 50-50% both. It is engaged in manufacturing and selling of electronic parts and accessories for the Automotive Industries in India including Shark Fin Antenna, Wiring Harness & Cable Assembly (Feeder Cable) and other products for the passenger vehicles.

Sandhar Han Shin Technologies Private Limited is a Joint Venture Company between Sandhar Technologies Limited and Han Shin Corporation with the Equity sharing ratio of 50-50% both. It has been set up to undertake the manufacturing and selling of futuristic high end data cables for the automotive industry in India including Radio Cable, AM/FM, GPS/DAB Cable, GNSS, LTE & eCall Cable and Antenna wires (Lead cables), for the passenger vehicles.
